Skills

What
I can do.

Grouped by way of working rather than by tool. Every line is something I have actually handled on the job — the tools come after, at the bottom of the page.

01

Acquisition and customer lifecycle

The email channel end to end: building journeys, keeping the database clean, holding the calendar and reporting action by action.

  • Email marketing and acquisition strategy on Klaviyo
  • Automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback
  • Rolling out journeys in several languages
  • Database quality and upkeep
  • Send scheduling and roadmaps for every key moment
  • Performance reporting and analysis for every action
  • Pop-ups and capture setups synced with an audience peak
  • SEO and web integration
  • Amazon: supporting the account lead on ad campaign optimisation, performance tracking and SEO copywriting for product listings
  • Amazon Ads, January to September 2026: ≈ €86,000 in revenue attributed to campaigns, 33% ACOS, 8 million impressions and 49,000 clicks

02

Brand, press and public speaking

Getting the brand into the media in coordination with an agency, and owning the tone of everything that goes out.

  • Coordinating a PR agency, company / agency interface
  • Press release tone and proofreading
  • Support in producing press releases
  • Briefing the agency at every product milestone or event
  • Took part in a press event
  • Tracking collaboration opportunities with media outlets and journalists
  • Public speaking
  • Creating print and display materials

03

Project and field management

Projects with a non-negotiable end date: trade shows, TV sets, street operations.

  • Trade show project lead: sourcing and scoring by product type
  • Logistics: transport, accommodation
  • Assigning tasks and deadlines, tracking stakeholder progress
  • Stand and set design and dressing
  • Street marketing campaigns and field operations
  • Acquisition partnerships with a media outlet
  • On-the-ground content production: vox pops at a show

04

Structuring what already exists

Taking over a messy scope and giving it a sustainable shape — the common thread between HR, market watch and project governance.

  • Structuring onboarding and training processes
  • Handling apprenticeship paperwork (CERFA forms) and liaising with the training funding body (OPCO) on contract follow-up
  • Audit of missing compliance documents, together with senior management
  • Competitive and product watch: tracking tools, a formal watch board, feeding product suggestions back
  • Three-level governance in Notion: Gantt chart, milestones consolidated by department
  • Budget forecast and costed communication plan over one financial year

05

AI-augmented marketing

AI as a lever for production and organisation: creating faster, automating what repeats, and reworking existing processes to make them faster and more reliable.

  • AI-accelerated visual and video content: variations, versions, formats
  • Marketing automation: automated scenarios triggered by customer behaviour
  • Automated marketing pipelines with n8n: data collection, processing and reporting
  • Auditing and optimising existing processes with AI: spotting repetitive tasks, then automating or assisting them
  • AI-assisted market watch and analysis, turned into actionable recommendations
  • Building AI assistants for internal use

06

Building my own tools

Three applications built with Claude Code and deployed on Vercel. The analysis runs on the Anthropic API.

  • AI-assisted development with Claude Code
  • Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
  • Supabase: PostgreSQL database, authentication, RLS policies
  • Deployment on Vercel
  • Workflow automation with n8n
  • Anthropic API integration for marketing data analysis

Tools

Three levels,
stated as they are.

No proficiency percentages: a tool is either in my hands every day, brought out when the project calls for it, or still being learned.

Daily operational command

Used every day in production.

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify
  • Notion
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Sheets
  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Amazon Ads Manager

Regular use in production

Brought out when the project calls for it.

  • Claude Code
  • n8n
  • Canva
  • Figma

Currently learning

Stated as such: I practise them, I don’t claim them yet.

  • Supabase
  • Vercel
  • Framer
  • Adobe Suite

AI and automation: three applications built with Claude Code and deployed on Vercel — a campaign analytics dashboard, a conversational market-watch app and the prototype of an end-of-year project. The analysis runs on the Anthropic API. See the three projects →
